Name, Image & Likeness Legislation is undoubtedly a confusing and new time in college athletics. Our team at HFSE works closely with compliance departments at universities to ensure our clients are safe and understand what they can and can’t do under the new legislation.

Our clients are incredibly talented at their craft. We encourage them to explore the idea of coaching to generate additional income. This could also be developed as a charitable event. Our clients could coach in 1 on 1 lessons or full clinics during their off season. We support them by helping on waivers, liability advising, marketing and logistics.

Study Tips & Tricks
School can be increasingly difficult when paired with the schedule of a Student - Athlete. We have experienced individuals on staff that can help with organization, studying, mentoring and tutoring.
Networking Development
HFSE knows that our clients degrees are just part of the parcel to growing life outside of sport. We work hard and exhaust our networks to help our clients to meet people in their desired fields and land a job as they leave college.
Resume & Interview Advisement
HFSE has staff who are able to work with our Student - Athletes on developing their resumes. We also find people in their desired fields to conduct mock interviews to hone their skills for their next job interviews. This way they can continue growing their network and learn from industry professionals.
Mental Health Support
Sky Ofili is on our Advisory Board and is the owner of Soul By Sky. She is a licensed therapist and is available to provide service to our clients who may need someone to speak to when the going gets tough.
NIL Consulting
With rules and regulations comes creativity. HFSE works with our clients to get ahead in a new and potentially confusing world. We ensure the rules are being abided by but helping to grow their income through NIL.
